Brief bio and background
I have been working within leadership and organisational development for over twenty five years as an instructional designer, facilitator and coach. Much of my early corporate work was through my twenty-year partnership with the NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI). With NLI, I designed and delivered hundreds of leadership development programs and worked with thousands of managers around the world to support workplace engagement and performance. I am passionate about brain-based learning and now love sharing my experience with business and leaders in regional NSW.
Since 2003 I have lived in Orange NSW, where I have established my own coaching and facilitation business, Lush Perspectives. With my clients, I design and deliver programs to enhance leadership, learning and change, employee engagement and performance. I am also a board member with Central West Business HQ, who support rural and regional small businesses to start, grow, survive and thrive.
My qualifications include a Masters of Adult Education from UTS specialising in Organisational Development, and a Bachelor of Arts from Sydney University majoring in English and French literature. I am a Professional Certified Coach with Results Coaching Systems, trained in TAE40016 and currently pursuing accreditation as an HBDI practitioner.
